Tradition Meets Modernity
AiS is an academic institute preparing students for India’s toughest entrance exams — JEE, NEET, and CET. With values grounded in Indian culture and a forward-looking vision of discipline and progress, they needed a brand identity that could balance heritage with ambition. Tangle’s challenge was to create a design system that stood out in a crowded coaching market while authentically reflecting the institute’s cultural roots.

The challenge began with positioning. AiS had intent and impact but lacked a visual language to express its philosophy. We set out to create an identity that was sleek, modern, and timeless — while staying deeply rooted in Indian ethos.
At the heart of the rebrand was the logo. We wove together the shape of an “A,” the tip of a pen to symbolize knowledge, and peacock feathers — a graceful nod to Indian heritage. This fusion became the anchor of a brand system that was both aspirational and grounded.
Beyond the logo, we extended the identity across classroom materials, collaterals, and print assets. The goal was coherence — ensuring that every touchpoint carried the same sense of discipline, ambition, and cultural resonance.
The outcome was a brand presence that resonated with both students and parents. AiS now stood apart from competitors, presenting itself as credible, rooted, and future-ready. The refreshed identity became not just a design update, but a tool for connection, pride, and long-term impact.
